FreeStarUniverse.com does not condone Spamming in any way, shape or form and has a strict Anti-Spam policy. By joining as a FreeStarUniverse.com Member and/or Affiliate you agree to adhere to any and all applicable United States and foreign laws regarding the sending of U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial email).

FreeStarUniverse.com strictly prohibits affiliates and members from using spam e-mail and other forms of Internet abuse (including forum spam and blog spam) to seek sales. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:

Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient through an opt in subscription;

Messages posted to FSU, forums and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, posted in excessive volume, or posted against forum/message board rules. Be conscious of forum rules! If a forum owner or moderator complains that an affiliate and/or member has spammed, the affiliate and/or member account may be permanently terminated after investigation.

Content posted on free blog websites for the sole purpose of keyword spamming, or comments posted to legitimate blogs that violate the comment policy of the blog owner.

Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system (such as AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, etc.).

Certain off-line activities that, while not considered Spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws.

When sending email to promote FreeStarUniverse.com, its Affiliate program and/or its Membership program, you are only allowed to send such material to double opt-in list members. You are not allowed to purchase mailing lists to promote the FreeStarUniverse.com Membership and/or Affiliate Program.

FreeStarUniverse, may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, FreeStarUniverse.com administration may investigate the complaint, and if necessary, will then terminate the affiliate account of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate termination of the member and affiliate account, the loss of all referrals, and the forfeiture of any unpaid money on account. At FreeStarUniverse.com's discretion, termination may not only result in being banned from the member program, but also being banned from ANY other internal affiliate programs. Any Membership fee balance and/or affiliate commissions outstanding will be null and void.

If you have been found guilty of spamming FreeStarUniverse.com reserves the right to hold you legally and financially responsible for any and all damages resulting from your actions. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions against any person violating our terms and conditions.

Spammer's Member/Affiliate ID#
A copy of the spam email including the full header.
Without the header we will not be able to investigate!
